Diagonal Kinetic Stretch
Say this to the subject
“Let your weight settle into one leg and keep the other knee easy. On tip-toes, reach one arm high and one low to create a diagonal line. Keep your eyes upward.”
Photographer cue: Start in a ¾ profile. Lift your back heel so you are on your tip-toes. Extend one arm high above your head while holding the other arm low and slightly behind you, creating a strong diagonal line through your body. Tilt your head up to follow the line of your high hand, maintaining a focused, kinetic stillness.
