The Twisted Kneel
Say this to the subject
“Settle comfortably and stay long through the top of your head. Kneeling with one leg extended, torso twisted, hands at hip, head back. Keep your eyes upward.”
Photographer cue: Drop to your right knee and extend your left leg forward, rotating the foot inward. Twist your torso sharply to the right. Clasp your hands together and press them against your right hip. Tilt your chin upward toward the ceiling, closing your eyes slightly to convey a sense of internal tension and avant-garde expression.
