Hair Brush Reveal
Say this to the subject
“Let your weight settle into one leg and keep the other knee easy. Brush hair back, look down and away, three-quarter face. Keep your eyes looking down and away..”
Photographer cue: Turn your face to a three-quarter view. Raise one hand and use your fingers to gently brush a strand of hair back behind your ear. As you do this, look down and away from the camera, focusing on a point on the floor. Keep the movement slow and the touch very light.
