The Walking Pause

Say this to the subject
“Take one unhurried step and let the arms follow naturally. Mid-stride pause with hands in pockets, looking down. Keep your eyes directed at the floor.”

Photographer cue: Capture a moment mid-stride, pausing with your weight shifted forward. Place both hands in your pockets. Look down and to the side as if you are contemplating your next move or lost in a pensive, focused thought.
