Side Stool Ease

Say this to the subject
“Sit tall at first, then let your shoulders soften. Turn sideways, open the near knee, one hand on thigh, one at stool. Keep your eyes past camera.”

Photographer cue: Turn your hips sideways on the stool, bring the nearer knee toward me, and let the other foot sit lightly forward. Rest one hand on your thigh and use the other hand to touch the back edge of the stool for balance.
